Integration Basics
The integration phase of the onboarding process is often times overlooked, or thought of as a set one time and forget about it kind of thing. That couldn't be further from the truth. Integration is a continuous effort towards increased productivity. The more insight you can get on your audience, the better you'll be able to predict buying patterns; or behavior in general for that matter.
API stands for Application Programming Interface, or combine software together. In some cases, each program can both read and write on the other. One program may be able to push or pull information, while another may be "read only". The Launchpadds Marketing Automation platform has an open API. We make it easy to work with whatever applications necessary to get the job done.
Often times, API's change and must be renewed to continue the transfer of data and information between apps. Integration is not a one off. Software continuously changes. Pricing is different across the board for different tasks. Accomplishing the tasks can also be expensive over time.
Since applications and charges per API call can get expensive depending on the task, it's important to continuously innovate in your automation processes to keep costs down. Often, software features change. Features become standardized instead of an extra cost, or conversely, added charges may apply.
Software is the answer for any problem a business is having. If you have a lot of leads, but not converting on sales, there's a problem on targeting, messaging, a lack of product-market-fit, or you need a complete structural overhaul. Before you jump off the edge, a solution is often times found in the integration.
