Efficient Zoom Sessions : Prioritize Great Connections
Two wise woman gave me some of the best feedback I've had up to this point while building out Launchpadds. The first was my sister who said, “you don't need to rely on the demo to close deals.” The other was part of the first hires group to the creative sales and marketing team. She said, “you need to come into your meetings with a time block down so you're able to walk away knowing you conveyed what you needed to, in the time you have.”
A light went on in my brain. It’s all about baby steps. We are gifted a finite amount of time per day, each of us the same. Since we don't have the traffic excuse anymore in Los Angeles (I mean the world), the game has changed.

There are tons of types of meetings, and of course this is guidelines. Make sure to decide what you want to complete by the end of the meeting. If you don't know, spend a short amount of time at the beginning establishing such. Remember, the connection is the most important thing at the end of the day. Understanding where someone is at, and where they want to be works for everyone's advantage.
This is how every stage of the pipeline works. Every lead wants a result. The tasks in between pipeline stages facilitate flow.
