D​o you ever find yourself wondering what creative content I should write or publish this month that's going to improve engagement metrics of my audience. Sport venues play the song because we like it & we are familiar with it. Companies pay millions of dollars to the rights to songs like Thunderstruck because customers tune in when they hear something they recognize and like. Why not talk to your users in data backed ways? The way user's like to be talked too, and are familiar with? 

B​y designing and understanding content your user base interacts with, you're able to deploy the right messaging through any means necessary.

In other words, gather & use customer data to move the prospect thru the pipeline.
