Expanding (Company Culture Report)
While most of the world is in unpredictable mode, Launchpadds has continued expansion. We've been doing great with our first round of sales-team hires. The learning process will take some time, but remember, good things take time. More importantly, culture and identity also takes a lot of patience and persistence to build; so go ahead, get started!
Rome, Italia.
The approach to start up culture is simple. You either get it or don't. Startups take work; a lot of work. More work than most founders will ever care to admit (or keep track of). If you're a founder, loosing track of days are a normal when there's work to be finished.
When creating operations, you're not sure if certain things are going to work.
Newsflash; this week I was able to connect with a google associate... Talk about serious butterflies. But to have the privilege to get to learn a sliver about how the largest conglomerate of information operates, changed my entire perspective of my company; all in a 1-hour phone call.
Launchpadds is all about helping companies build relationships with their users, at scale. It's one thing being able to talk to a lot of people; it's a different thing; understand human beings instead of the data card.
Launchpadds is boutique, and has a short-term goal of keeping the team tight. We offer high value propositions for our team. We're more looking for intelligent and natural problem solvers, who have motive to develop high-income skills.
Think / Teach / Do is instilled in how we work. Think through the truth to solve the problem. The shift between think and teach is not an easy hurdle to overcome, but the transition from teaching to-do makes everything worth it. Have the impact you want to have. Open the doors if other people won't. Work with the companies you want to work with, but be an asset to them they never want to let go of. Go ahead and be bold. Have some courage you lion.
Welcome to Launchpadds.
